CMHA Hamilton is starting 2024 with a new Mental Health awareness campaign designed to provide information and resources to our community. The helping hope grow campaign encourages conversation around Mental Health and Mental Illness, sparks ideas to help reduce stigma and produce a safe space for hope to flourish in our community.

Join us as we take you on an educational journey that focuses on a different topic every month. From gratitude to renewal to learning how to embrace change and deal with challenging experiences.
