- In celebration of Mental Health Week 2025 (May 5th – 11th), CMHA Hamilton is hosting a series of community events. To kick off the week, join us in for a TAMI (Talking About Mental Illness) session featuring Dave “Chops” Phillips. Dave is a retired EMS helicopter pilot who, after confronting the challenges of PTSD in 2015, has become a passionate advocate for mental health awareness. Today, through his work with Code33 Apparel, Dave inspires both first responders and the wider community to speak up, seek support, and embrace authentic wellness.
