The year 2020 was a turning point for people all around the world. Globally, life as we knew it was changed forever as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. In Canada, the virtually instantaneous implementation of nation-wide shutdowns, lockdowns, hospitalizations, mandatory isolation, and vast economic closures have continued into our present day lives.
As a nation we are attempting to move forward together with hope for the future and a return to the life we once knew and loved. However, this idea of the ”new-normal” and what life will truly look like remains undetermined and undefined. This week’s webinar will explore these themes of the new-normal and what we can do as individuals to maintain positive mental health amidst the lingering uncertainty.
