The first week of October is Mental Illness Awareness Week. To honour this week, we will be going back-to-basics and focusing on coping skills & strategies for yourself as well as how to provide support for the people around you.
Over the past year and a half, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on people’s mental health. As a society, we have been living in a collective state of fear, uncertainty, and abnormality. During challenging times such as these, awareness and knowledge of skills that can assist in cultivating positive mental health is essential to maintaining overall well-being.
Please join us for this webinar where we will explore various coping skills & strategies that help to build resiliency and maintain positive mental health.
